

All products and parts are fresh, new from the manufacturers, OEM equivalent or better, unless we provide a core for some particular application, or are performing machine work on customer supplied heads, blocks, etc. We do not carry reconditioned or used items ordinarily. The possible exception to this may be used head castings that are not available new or aftermarket, and the customer does not have a suitable core.
Any existing manufacturers warranties will apply, remembering that performance part warranties are usually very short or non at all.
Any shipping errors caused by Johnson's Quality Machine, such as incorrect items shipped or incorrect address used by us, will be corrected by Johnson's Quality Machine. Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This may be obtained by phone, fax, email, or in writing. Parts Returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee upon arrival and inspection at our facility, unless the item was an error in shipment from us. Units must be in new and in re-saleable condition with original packaging and instruction manual. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Customer information is only used for shipping or contacting customers about credit card verification, shipping questions, product issues etc. All information collected from customers is confidential. Names, addresses, email, phone numbers, and credit information are not sold, traded, or shared. Information will not be used for future solicitation.
If paying by personal check, funds must clear the bank before order is shipped. Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $35.00. Shipping rates will also include handling and packaging cost. Credit orders (Net 30) are subject to credit approval, usually from a standard trade reference letter with at least three references. We accept Purchase Orders from incorporated governmental departments and agencies, medical (hospital) departments, and educational institutions.
Orders are usually shipped within two days unless the item is a build-to-order, porting package, or requires a special order of some components. Ground delivery is within 6 UPS business days of the ship date, excepting weather induced delays.
Always open and inspect your packages immediately upon receipt. Damaged packages or merchandise should NOT be returned to us. Keep all packing material with the package, and contact us so we can initiate a claim with the carrier. They may want to inspect the box, packing material, and the contents.
