New GM 2.2 Complete Cylinder Head - 391S
This is a new aftermarket casting GM 2.2 Complete Cylinder Head, 391S. This is for many 1992 to 1997 GM applications, like S-10, Cavalier, Corsica. The newer castings address the problem areas in the factory castings. We also have these available as a bare head assembly. Note: Picture is a complete head.
