This is a new aftermarket casting Ford 3.0 bare cylinder head, for 7mm valve stems. This is for many 1999 to 2002 Ford Aerostar, Ranger, Sable, Taurus applications. The newer castings address the problem areas in the factory castings. We also have these available as a complete head assembly. Note: Picture is a complete head.
